We improved the purchase flow of the Ersa booth at the Mariano Roque Alonso Expo with an interactive experience for consumers. We made an app that displayed the whole menu and allowed to place orders by specifying fillings, quantities, flavors, etc. At the same time, it would send information about the different types of flours from the brand. After completing the order, it would print a ticket for customers to go to the checkout and collect their purchases.
